Collective takes the Grand Prix in IPA Media Owner 2017 survey
Collective has been voted as the best online media owner to deal with in the annual IPA Media Owner Spring 2017 Survey.
Following on from last years success Collective has topped its previous highest ever result of second place and taken first place in the overall “Grand Prix” category regarding agencies’ overall experience of dealing with media owners, with a score of 80.2% and has taken leadership of Ad Networks, Exchanges & Sales Houses from RadiumOne.
In this edition of the survey, scores have seen a downward trend for the “Grand Prix” category, however Collective remains the only media owner to achieve a score of 80% or more compared with seven in the Autumn 2016 survey, while Amazon and Facebook both achieved scores of less than 50% for this category.
In addition to scoring the highest in the overall “Grand Prix”, Collective also leads in a further two categories, including Demonstrating excellent understanding of its own products and Dealing with dispute resolution.
